Ingredients :
Crushed ice
Lime cordial
Lemon squash
30ml. of palm fenny or caju fenny
15 ml. gin
sweet red wine
Preparation :
Fill up a cocktail glass with crushed ice.
Spread a little of lime cordial, lemon squash and lace this with 30ml. of palm
fenny or caju fenny.
Add 15 ml. gin and finish off with a dash of sweet red wine.
Garnish and serve.
