Ingredients :
Crushed ice
Lime Cordial and lemon squash
30 ml. Palm fenny or Caju fenny
15 ml. gin
Sweet Red wine
Port wine
Preparation :
Fill up a cocktail glass with crushed ice.
Spread a little of lime cordial and lemon squash.
Lace this with 30 ml. palm fenny or caju fenny, 15 ml. gin and finish off with a dash of sweet red wine and port wine.
Garnish and serve.
