Ingredients :
15 ml Palm feni
15 ml gin
15 ml white rum
A dash of lemon squash
A dash of fresh lime juice
One tender coconut
A cherry and lemon slice for garnishing
Preparation :
Scoop off the malai from the coconut and blend it alone with the above ingredients with ice.
After blending put back the blended mixture into the coconut and top up with coconut water.
Add some ice if required. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
