We stayed here for 5 nights from 18th to 22nd April 2016 and it was the perfect comfortable place for the five of us (mom, wife, daughter, son and myself). A pleasant and welcome change from cramped hotel or resort rooms. The tastefully furnished flat is quite spacious and is equipped with 2 split ACs, clean and good bed & bath linen, sofa-cum-bed, extra mattress, Aquaguard water purifier, big refrigerator, water heater etc. The equipment mentioned is of reputed brands. The kitchenette has adequate cutlery and crockery. The swimming pool with Jacuzzi was a delight. The complex also has a play area for kids, a games room and a gym. The surroundings are peaceful and calm, just what we wanted. A mini market nearby stocks daily supplies. Restaurants in Arpora town home deliver food in case you do not want to venture out. Arpora Central Café and Bakery has some really good baked goods to offer. The owner, , was very helpful right from the enquiry to the booking to the check-

Awesome place to stay with one of the best beaches of Goa very close by that's Bagha and a lot of eateries, Will definitely visit again and probably my second home in Goa :-)

This place is really amazing.. Came here with my wife her sister n her kid.. Had the best vacation time.. The owner is really friendly and helpful.. Very close to the beach.. Will definitely visit again.. :-)

“Bliss in Arpora” My first serviced apartment experience in Goa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the check in to the check out we did not have a single issue worth complaining about. We enjoyed the tranquil location the apartment is located, the area is so peaceful that it feels like time has stopped. “Awesome Apartment to stay with Friends/Family at perfect location” I rented this Apartment for 3 days this March. It is a luxurious apartment with all the facilities. It felt like home there. We watched TV, cooked food and sat in balcony other than roaming in partying in Goa. Every cool place of goa is reachable from this location. We also reallly liked our caretaker Raghu as helped and supported us a lot. We are looking forward to come back soon.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH MOST KIND OWNER” we travelled on 1st march 2016 for our honeymoon . I had been looking for a hotel for a long time . Had limited budget but wanted luxury for the special occasion . This apartment and complec we chose was like one of the star properties . Luxurious sparkling clean with all what we needed for our stay . The best feature is the swimming pool surrounded by the beautiful landscaping . No too crowded so we enjoyed our moments . Location is excellent very close to baga nd anjuna ....numerous eating joints in close proximity . We had a option to buy groceries as well at a walking distance . Thanks to care taker and owner for guiding us as it was our first trip . Looking forward to go back again .

We stayed at this place in Jan 16 for 3 days. Actually it was a long trip in goa and I actually had booked in cidade goa for these 3 days. But when I called them a day prior to confirm arrival they refused the booking citing payment issues which as far as I am concerned was solely their mistake. So I was left high and dry, and started looking for reservations. One of the friends suggested this place and luckily the place was available. Firstly, this is not a hotel. So please don't expect facilities like room service, buffet breakfast etc. However the location is such that you will not miss these services, if you are not an insomniac. Baga and anjuna beaches are nearby and you can hire bike/car just outside the gate. So commuting is not an issue and many restaurants are within easy reach. The apartment is great / outstanding as far as size and amenities are concerned. Mind you, it is a place designed for long vacationers hence amenities are provided so you can be independent but that

“EXCELLENT” right from the word go ... it was a gr8 experience . total cooperation by the owner , caretaker , housekeeping and the best part is that its so close to the main road yet away from the din. basic groceries are a minute away too . also bikes and cars are available on call . the pool , the kids play area is totally clean and well maintained . all said and done , the apartment is also well maintained with a well equipped kitchen , the linen is clean and the bathrooms with hot water if u require . dont think twice . go for it

“comfort, excellent service” nothing was planned as usual, it was a long crazy drive to goa. Meanwhile googled,pinged the agent , got a quick reply, watsupped all the photos of the rooms.We reached little late still the room boy welcomed us with a smile. This Apartment has all the amenities which you expect in a 3Star property. Location makes it more worth considering the distance from Baga and Calangute. Clean and Neat place and the host is wonderful. Would certainly look forward for my future stays too.

GREAT superb apartment Neha the owner is great always in contact making sure everything was fine, the two guys there Arun and Jaspal are great too, the room is very modern with great toilet and power shower, apartment is kept spotlessly clean by Jaspal he does a great job, pool gym and steam room are excellent so well maintained, all in all highly recommend this apartment to rent could easily sleep 4 persons,.

“Feel of a 4 star hotel at a reasonable price - excellent stay” We stayed in Jan 2015 for 3 days with my parents . The apartment is excellent , well maintained . It looks like a room for a star property as it is very tastefully done . We loved sitting in the balcony while enjoying our drinks . We loved the swimming pool and the club house . After coming from beach we could relax for hours in the complex itself . I would describe it as luxury romantic stay . Many eating joints close by , one is just walking distance . Down the road is super market which has everything you require .Our favorite restaurant was "The Sai" . Saturday night market is very close by . We hired a scooty , with 7 mts drive we could reach baga and Canagute . Anjuna was also close by . Owner and caretaker are very approachable , they did everything possible to make our stay comfortable . Thanks !!!

HOMELY STAY A lovely location and a lovely place to put up.... Just felt like home .... All d basic amenities are nearby itself... The property is centerally located with beaches nearby and some clubs too... Din't come to know how a week passed by... Would definitely recommend for a comfortable homely stay with amenities like the gym and the pool... While visiting Goa again, this is the place that I'm definitely gonna put up

The highlight of the place is, that its close to all the fun spots and yet away in a calm and serene surrounding. A perfect place for friends & family of four. Baga is 7mins, Calangute is 10 mins away. There's a nice breakfast place around and variety of eateries to explore, many with live bands and karaokes. The day you jus wana stay home, you can chill in the balcony of the apartment an order or take away some food from restaurants in the vicinity. A nice clean and uncrowded swimming pool with a baby pool is right across the street. You could just take a dip or just get yourself a J Lo tan or take a nap or read by the pool. A get-all-you-need supermarket with a fancy name (LasVegas) is at a stone throw distance with some quick bite option

“A great place to stay in North Goa! Perfect by all means!” The stay was absolutely great. It was perfect for us to stay at this apartment and I would surely recommend it to all the guests who wish to travel to north Goa. The only disadvantage is if you are a Vodafone user, u tend to loose the signal while you are inside the apartment. Apart from that, you can just close your eyes and stay at this place. The owner Neha is a very sweet lady and was always there for any kind of help that we might require. Sure to stay at this place again.

Serene place, home away from home” We stayed from oct 10 th to oct 13 th. We were thirteen , eight elders and five were children We took 1 bhk and 3 studio apartments. Apartments are well maintained, clean and neat. Bagha and calaungate beach are very close by. Superb restaurants and hotels are very nearer to apartment. Owner neha and care taker jaspal co operated very well. Yes definitely in future we all love to stay in this apartment

“One of the best suited place” Its a lovely well done cozy 1bhk apartment with all the things you may need probably. The furnishing is apt for a long stay and has been chosen tastefully. Clean and spacious. I would say it can be the best option when you have kids and would like to cook some food for them. Caretaker took good care and owner 'Neha' was helpful throughout. We stayed for 4 nights during end of Dec 16 and it couldn't have been better.

Spent a week . Home away fm home ...loved the kitchen ..it would be perfect with a microwave though ...there s only so much restaurent food u can shovel ...got 2 boys .they loved the pool ...the caretaker is prompt ..the property is near vagator ...great joints in the vicinity ..a real holiday...

“Lovely place , Home away from home” The place is really nice. It is neat and clean .All amenities are provided by the owner Neha. She is really very approachable and though she herself does not stay there however has a person always to assist for all the needs of the travellers . Even if you need Taxi pick and drop from airport that too is taken care off . The best part is that all the beaches and clubs are nearby which makes this place more interesting . I would strongly recommend this place for the stay in Goa ..I enjoyed here totally .

We stayed there for almost a week and had a wonderful time lazing around reading and watching it rain. The apartment, as brought about in other reviews, is in a very upmarket but quiet location. Arpora enjoys the benefit of being very close to the happening parts of Goa, yet away from the din. Neha's apartment is on the ground floor in a cluster serviced by some very capable and helpful housekeepers and other staff. Neha has been an amazing host and was more than willing to provide all help and tips to make our trip comfortable. We drove in from Bengaluru and were happy to be provided with a dedicated parking inside. It was a big plus. The apartment has its own UV water purifier, which is a huge plus for people who are looking for longer stays. I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Goa.

Hi This really has been a wonderful relaxing holiday for me and my 2 friends, we stayed here for 4 days, Awesome place. Very silent apartments and fully furnished. Apartment is equipped with everything that we required, the popular markets and night bazaars are just a few minutes drive away. Special thanks to Neha and her staff. Amazing apartment... Great location; close to all the usual places of North Goa...spacious rooms... amenities are as shown/promised... The owner's response to any queries whatsoever was very prompt...the room is as shown in the photos, even better in my opinion! We went for our Honeymoon and stayed in this property. The place is situated at mid of the North Goa and have every famous beaches near by. We like this property a lot. Also the coordinator of this property was also polite and helpful

“Great place” Great place to stay, neha the owner was in constant contact making sure everything was Ok, her caretaker jaspal really looks after her apartment keeping it spotlessly clean and is very helpful. The apartment is very modern with everything you need in It, nice bathroom with great shower, it's very quiet and peaceful area with a great pool gym and steam room, would highly recommend you stay here.

“Excellent Family Accommodation” We visited and stayed in this Apartment from 24-Oct to 27-Oct-16. We have taken one 1BHK and one Studio. Both the apartments were exactly same as showcased in Photograph. It is a very good place for a Family to stay and enjoy together. The Club House is also very good. Beach is around 10 min drive considering the traffic. Overall our experience was very good. The Apartment is definitely better than any 3 Star Hotel. Neha Yadav who has taken the booking has provided all the details clearly including proximity to beach and surrounding. She was very helpful in booking and addressing any queries. Would I recommend this holiday rental to my best friend?   Yes.

The location is just amazing, its hardly 2 kms from Bagha and 3 kms from Vagetor. Means the property is for both one who is looking for the party places or the one who is looking for peace. The quality of flat is just amazingly good, the cleanliness, the interior, the facilities is no less than any high end apartment in any of the big city. Swimming pool is as clean as any of the 5 star property. These guys have given special focus on maintenance and cleanliness of the property.
