The atmospheric, 150 years old Stone House is named after the volcanic laterite stone from which it was made.

The restaurant was started in 1989 by the present proprietor Christopher D\'souza, It has the distinction of being highly recommended by the Lonely Planet, Rough Guide , Footprints, etc

For a truly unique experience, you can enjoy live entertainment almost every day by musicians from Goa and abroad.

Our meals are freshly cooked, consequently you may have to wait at least 20 minutes before you are served, perhaps a little longer when we are busy. Grilled and Tandoori items especially need time to cook. Preparing good food takes time.
