Ingredients :
1 large corn-on-the -cob
5 cups water or chicken stock
6 tbsps shredded crab meat
� tsp.ajinomoto
� tsp. Soya sauce
2 eggs (separated)
1 tsp. Cornflour mixed with
1tbsp. Water
Salt
Preparation :
Remove the corn from the cob, wash and boil in water or stock till tender. Add crab meat, ajinomoto and soy sauce. Stir egg yolks into
The soup well.
Add cornflour- water mixture and stir until boiling.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Simmer for a mixture , adding salt to taste.
