From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Souza Vado Candolim, North Goa. At the Calangute roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Chogm Road, pass by Little Giants School on the right. Turn left at St Anthony Chapel onto Aguada - Siolim Road, you will pass by Pizza Hut on the left hand side. Take the Betim–Verem–Saligao Road and Verem - Nerul Road, ccontinue on the straight road to until you reach Candolim. Pass by Hanuman Temple on the left; continue forward until you reach Acron ArcadeAcron Arcade, take the first left at Mickey’s Place restaurant. When you reach the fork road, take a right and you have reached your destination.

To provide you with the best service towards your booking you must abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
Check in anytime after 12 pm and check out is strictly before 10 am please. (Defaulting will result in forfeiting your full security deposit. This is to ensure that the next guests are not kept waiting to check in. We do our best to accommodate your request if we do not have a check in on the same day.)
50% of the rental fee is required to confirm the booking within 48 hours and is strictly non-refundable.
On arrival, during the registration process the pending holiday balance is payable in cash along with the security deposit. Please note the rooms will only be accessible once the registration + ID proofs is given and payment is completed.
A security deposit of INR 10,000 cash is taken against breakages, loss, theft and damage etc and is refunded upon departure as long as the villa is returned in the same condition it was given.
On arrival, photocopies of an ID proof must be given to us for all individuals staying at the premises. Acceptable IDs for Indian nationals are (passport, election card, pan card, driving license). Foreign nationals require photocopies of passport, Indian Visa and need to complete C forms, this is a mandatory rule set by the Government of Goa.
Once the booking is confirmed for 'X' number of people, no reduction in the price will be accepted if the number of individuals decreases. We will only confirm a booking based on maximum occupancy.
If an extra individual are found residing in the villa for more than an hour, we shall deduct an extra fee per person from the security deposit for that day. The booking is only for the guests who have paid for the facilities.
If you break or dirty or damage anything in the villa. You must fix or replace or pay for it.
No Smoking inside the villa please. You can smoke outside the villa in the garden area or in the balcony. We need the rooms smelling fresh for our next guest. If found we may ask you to leave the premises and security deposit will be forfeited without discussion.
Any changes to your booking must be sent via email and confirmed by us. Modification by verbal communication will not be accepted.
