The row house is located in the Nanu Beach Retreat, near Nanu Beach Resort at Betalbatim, Goa. The house is on the beach. The row house consists of a living room cum dining, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and two AC bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the first floor and a private balcony.
The row house is fully furnished and is equipped with T.V. Cable connection, Music Set, cupboards, fridge, crockery, linen, utensils, gas stove, etc. The row house can comfortably accommodate 4 people and 2 children as there are two double beds, one bunker bed.

"We stayed her for 4 weeks. There for 4 adults in the house and we had plenty of room. The house is really lovely and spacious and has everything you need for your holiday.
The location is ideal, almost on the beach. We ate and drank in the shacks and Magzika was our favourite.
You can use the hotel facilities next door and even room service if you don\'t fancy going out. We had food delivered a few times and it was really good. I would defiantly stay here again. "
"Beautiful house and beautiful location. We stayed here for 4 weeks and found it very spacious. It is almost right on the beach which is a very clean beach with good shacks, our favourite was magzika. If you decide to have a night in you can even use the room service for food and drink from the hotel next door and I would recommend it. If you want to go into Colva you can always get a taxi right outside the complex. I would definitely stay here again."
