Stayed a night here during a business trip to Goa. There is a caretaker who takes care of basic necessities. There are two cottages next to each other. Each cottage is basically a bedroom with an attached toilet and a porch overlooking the river. Small yet cozy. Not very easy to find when you land first time. You would need to call the owner (Clare) and she will send someone to pick you up. But this is super close to the Betim ferry, from where there is a free ferry to Panjim every 15 minutes. So transportation is sorted. Very minimal kitchen - basically the caretaker can make only tea. Anything else for breakfast, he buys from outside and brings in. Would advise to have food outside. The view from the porch is awesome but for a large hoarding right in the middle. Spoils the view a bit. But none the less, a good experience. It was raining when I was staying and the view of the river was even better.
