Standard Terms and Conditions:
-These special rates are applicable only for dates mentioned above.
-All other activities/facilities (not covered in the package) would be charged extra.
-Photo identity proof of each guest is required at the time of check in.
-For Foreign Nationality original passport and Visa should be provided at the time of check in to the hotel. A copy of the same should be kept handy.
-Extension of stay will be charged on pro-rata basis & will be subject to availability.
-We would not work on a pay at hotel basis..

Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellation of confirmed booking 15 days before arrival date, 100% refund.
-Cancellation of confirmed booking one week before arrival date, 50% refund on total pkg.
-There will be no refund for No Show without intimation to the hotel reservation.
-All refund will be made by cheques only.
-No cancellations of room booking allowed over period 28th December 2015 to 2nd Jan 2016. Advances paid are non-refundable.

Inclusions

-Transfers in air conditioned vehicle as per hotel transfer schedule.
-Refreshing “Goan” welcome drink on arrival at the Resort..
-Well - appointed air conditioned rooms with Television, In Room safe.
-Usage of Free Wi-Fi within the property.
-Packed drinking water 2 nos ( 500 ml ) every day in the room.
-Usage of Tea/Coffee maker machine in the room replenished once a day.
-Buffet Break Fast and Dinner in one of our Food and Beverage Outlets.
-Sightseeing Tours : Half day tour to Old Goa and Mangueshi Temple by air conditioned vehicle on seat sharing basis and as per schedule -offered by the hotel. Tour to Calangute Beach by air conditioned vehicle on seat sharing basis and as per schedule offered by the hotel.
-Rates given above are inclusive of taxes.
-Extra person in Standard Compact Room & Semi Deluxe Room would be provided with a mattress due to space constraint.

Additional Charges for:
-Extra mattress @ Rs. 500/- per night. And extra bed @ Rs.1000/- per night.
-Child below 6 years is complimentary to share parent’s room with no extra mattress.
-Early Check in before 8 am will attract a full charge of previous night. Check in between 8 am to 1 pm will attract a charge of 1500/- on room only basis subject to availability.
-Late check out between 1 pm to 6 pm will attract a charge of 1500/- on room only basis subject to availability. Check out after 6 pm will attract a full day charge subject to availability.
-Please Note : • For 2 nights stay on Dbl Sharing will charge 85% Of package rate • For Single Room stay for 3 night will charge 90% Of package rate
