Rates indicated on this website include complimentary breakfast per person per night. Taxes are extra and will be levied at the time of payment.
Check-in/Check-out time
The standard check-in time is 1pm (IST) and standard check-out time is 11am (IST). Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and an additional charge may apply.
Number of people in one room
We allow a maximum of 2 adults in a room. Children below 6 years will not be charged. Children between 6 and 15 years can be provided with one extra mattress at 30% of the room rate per day. Kindly ensure that the information that you provide at the time of booking is accurate as otherwise we may be compelled to cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms.
Modes of payment accepted
Payments can be made via Credit Card, Net Banking or Direct Bank Deposit. Please note that when making payments via Direct Bank Deposit, your booking will be confirmed only once your payment has been received in our bank account. Cash is also accepted for walk-in guests subject to room availability.
Documents required at check-in
It is mandatory for all guests of major age to present a valid photo identification document at the time of check-in. As per Indian Government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted for Indian nationals are Motor Driving License, Voters Card, and Passport (PAN Cards will not be accepted). If you are a Non-Resident/Foreign National, then you should carry your Visa/Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. It is also important that you carry a print-out of your confirmation ticket / voucher.
Damages
Guests shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged as a result of misuse or other act of abuse, whether deliberate or accidental.
Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy
The following cancellation charges apply:
30% of the total booking amount if the booking is cancelled up to forty five days before the check-in date.
50% of the total booking amount if the booking is cancelled thirty to forty four days before the check-in date.
100% of the total booking amount if the booking is cancelled less than thirty days before the check-in date.
No refund will be made in No Show/Shortened Stay cases.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged an additional 5% to cover the bank processing charges.
Taxes that were charged at the time of booking will not be refunded as the same are payable to the respective authorities.
Refund processing may take 4-6 weeks depending on the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank.
