Saima Agro Industry can say today, that it is one of the only cashew industry in Goa that still manufactures cashew kernels in the age old traditional method.

Founded by V G Prabhu in 1968, SAI was one of the first Cashew processing units to be established in Goa, India. More than three decades of experience in the industry have made us a trusted name the world over.

Modern technology, Old & traditional Techniques
The steady expansion of SAI, under the stewardship of Mr. Vinayak Prabhu, has been marked by the use of the latest techniques that ensure the most hygienic conditions coupled with age-old, time-tested processing methods. Though expensive and time consuming, these traditional methods Results in sweeter taste of the kernals and preserves all the natural nutrient value of the nut and are responsible for the high demand for SAI Cashew-nuts from all over the world.

Our processing units are located at Usgaon, Goa, in two modern buildings, one of which handles shelling and peeling, while the other looks after grading and packing, all under the strictest hygiene standards.
